To establish a candidate’s credibility and historical performance, Transcera contacts former employers to conduct a highly detailed reference check. Our process is rigorous, thorough, and ensures your hires are of the highest caliber.

Conduct Background Checks

At the client’s request, Transcera will arrange background checks including: criminal reports, civil reports, lawsuits, judgments, liens, bankruptcies, home value and property ownership, as well as up to 30-year address histories.

Negotiate Winning Deals

Effective communication is critical in the final stages of executive placement. Our search professionals are experts at helping both the client and candidate navigate the complex negotiation process – saving all those involved time and frustration. By carefully managing expectations on both sides, Transcera successfully completes search assignments in an average of 62 days.
